DAY-OF ON-SITE SUPPORT

Day-of on-site support is hands-on event leadership on show day, focused on keeping every moving part aligned while protecting the guest experience. EPR serves as the operational hub between the client, venue, vendors, and talent, managing timing, transitions, communication, and real-time problem solving from load-in through strike. When plans shift or unexpected issues come up, we stabilize the flow, keep stakeholders informed, and make sure execution stays clean and professional.

Running a day-of ops check-in and aligning vendors on timing and responsibilities

Managing the run-of-show in real time

(tracking timing, transitions, and updates)

Coordinating venue, catering, and vendor arrivals, access, and load-in/load-out windows

Speaker/talent wrangling, backstage flow, and hospitality/dressing room readiness

Troubleshooting issues as they happen and escalating decisions to the right stakeholders

Overseeing registration flow, VIP movements, and guest experience touchpoints

Maintaining a command center (including optional mobile production office if needed)
