For CDISC’s European Interchange, event consulting services were provided to support strategic planning and full-scale international meeting execution. Scope included hotel and venue contract negotiation, room block management, and coordination with audio-visual and production partners. Responsibilities also encompassed detailed site evaluations, menu planning with complex dietary compliance, sponsor and exhibitor coordination, and development of comprehensive meeting materials. Strategic oversight ensured operational alignment and a seamless attendee experience consistent with CDISC’s global standards.
